There is a story, it'll tell it at the end, thanks my sweet Kathy
My photos aren't always obvious lol so don't worry, I wanted to show both photos of the same woman...for reasons I will explain below and I'm so happy you like it ;)
LOL that's a great title TAlon and yes indeed there is a story...
She told me the story of the ferret in a soft tone, she said that her husband had found this poor little ferret drowning in a current, and he had run after it, pursuing it until he managed to grab a hold of him. So they adopted him. How wonderful is that, plus she gave me permission to take the photos and post it. I put the two photos because in the first one she came very close to my face as she was deaf... I see her every now and then walking the ferret and we smile at each other!
My mystery solving senses were still sleeping when I looked at the photo initially. After reading your explanation, I can clearly see that it is two in one! Another of your characters! (Love the tat!) You are such an observer.
Yet the double image foms a barrier, and a moment of dualism, as there always must be between ourselves and between species and as Arlene points out, on is one a leash, so something must be questioned. And to quote Kathy, love the tat!
Please keep up the piccies with the folk (and occasional non-human animal)
Hey Kathy, indeed that I shoot, I've been getting the nickname Lady with Camera, or Madame Photographe...still I have a sixth sense when it would be a bad idea lol
Can't please everyone Comrade, so I'll please myself, well actually I put everything here, some are bound to appeal to you...did I mention I post for me? lol

I'm told that ferrets can make lovable pets.
Oh gosh, looking at it again.
Yes, the same woman.
Me blind!
Sorry Lorraine.
But it was early in the am when I came by, is that a good excuse, no!
Oh, such a wonderful story about the ferret, so touching!

What a beautiful story about this women. You captured her so beautifully as always.
Oh, la tres belle sucre, ca! C'est comme la fruit ou les bons bons c'est justement TROP TROP GRANDE sucre, n'est pas?

Free the critters. Put a leash around the women. That's where my compassion lies.
I want to come to Canada and people watch with you, L. :) You are amazing.
Yep Sir Tim, I have to wonder about that...lol thanks :)

a ferret? those things scare me. they look like they bite. i'm not sure, but they might even be illegal to keep as pets in california.
