smooth stones
sharp stones
down by the river
thoughts in contemplation
words in hibernation
shadows emerge
to a sprng of
fresh green
poetry life
where verse directs
the heart song of a lurid
trickle over a bed
of river silt
how deep in into the earths layers
seeps the silt of
immersed concentration
lintening to hear
the sounds
silent in the heart
of a universe
saying something
universal measure

much love

...just replyiny to your river, on a rainy day

Beautiful, your words appear to be intricate and well defined images. Always a wonder to go through them.
And, it seems I am frequently on an apologising spree; sorry, once again, for the long absence! I know you know, I missed your blog and compositions all the while!

Look at the water Brian, it's all oily yellow, it's a heartbreaker!

I love what you wrote, it's the other side of heartbreak, before the river became soiled

I agree Talon, I love water, river, ocean, creak, more than anything else, so why are we polluting everything

Marcel, polluted...

No apologies necessary tDL and thank you :)
