This reminds of the oil-spill tragedy....still it speaks how nature resumes -- I am inclined to take it as a happy one - my craving is for all three -- freedom, fish and sea :)

very nice, Lorraine...sushi for a long time I thought was fish delicacy...then I read it was essentially rice , but topped with fish :)

and re sushi, well it may be rice, but it has a wonderful topping of raw fish...my favourite meal actually...

Rish and rice is our staple diet,for us Keralites...But not tried the Japanese recipe...may be soon, :)
