That image is so striking, Lorraine, and goes beautifully with your words. Sometimes the darkness does linger through the days....

drag it out into the full on sunshine and see if it dries up and blows away...i hope it does no linger long...

I like the darkness of the photo. It is like waiting for something that could be lurking.

Sad but beautifully written...

Nay, no, Lorraine, grieve not for me. For I have ne'er to Thee been faithless. Did not John Denver himself sing,

"There's so many times I let you down
So many times I played around -
I tell you now, they don't mean a thing..."

In Faithful Anguish
Despairingly,
Sir Percy
Knight with Shining Armoire

I like Brian's comment.

I'm getting tired of seeing E. Valavan's spam. I bet you are too.

Sometimes the night scares me, most particularly when I'm upstairs on my elliptical with Pandora playing on the computer.

Talon, that was during my burn out, it was horrible, but it's over now...I wrote then to let out some of the pain..now I don't mind reading it ;)

It was a long time ago Brian, so I had to see If I could print this and not cringe :)

Fear was lurking then, not anymore, thanks Michael

Sir Silley mon coeur est en extase devant tant de misere and the dark and the fear slowly slipped through my veins. And thank you most Honourable Sir

E Valana, thank hon, but I am so much a better writer than anyone you could ever encite. stop now there is no future for you.

That would do it Arlene, I couldn't run fast enough in my past reign of horror, oh I don't mind Valana, but it's useless we're too good for poor E

Merci beaucoup Richard :)

just a left over of a dark night..

i love that. your little poems are akin to haikus. you squeeze meaning into a few words, beautifully.

Sera that is such a lovely comment, I have no style, I mean I'm a freestyle, no matter how much I try ( and I don't try hard)to conform to a style, totally escapes me
