This is an ugly, uncomfortable photo!
__It was, of course, intended to illustrate that discomfort and it does that so well, it is then, a great photo. Thus, Lorraine, I know you'll understand the intent of the opening sentance was not of insult, but of praise.
__Having said that... yesterday afternoon I replaced four wipers, my truck and Kathy's car.

heh, been there...had my blade snap off in a snow storm once...ugh..

Harold is one of those guys who hates having the wipers on and even when he turns them on, he will put them on the slow setting so the rain or snow accumulates a little too much (in my opinion) between swipes! It must be a man thing! That street looks just like Old Meridian Street here in Indy!

That photograph has that captured that feeling of winter brilliantly, Lorraine. Not great for driving, but obviously great for photographs. Always seems to me new wipers seem to work perfectly for about a week!

Great picture. There seems to be something beautyful in every broken thing ...

Dev, you mean we aren't???

I knew that immediiately dear Doug, oh how wise of you, I gotta to buy new ones, soon :)

OH gosh Brian that would be a heck of a wind...too good, very bad, I mean ;)

Oh poor you, but Harold may be wise, 'cause sometimes if you swoosh too much, it makes it worse, honestly I'm a pro...although right now with one missing I shouldn't talk about wisdom ;)

it's a nice photo Talon unless you're behind it lol kidding...but tell me about it, when is it going to stop this trend to make everything so cheap, so that's you're constantly consuming...our lives in the hands of economists and grabby greedy people

Ralf the romantic, I like it!!! thanks m'dear

Hey Bama what a beautiful comment, and thanks also for the visit :)

Yep you would Comrade, I was counting on that ;)

So true ma chere amie, it makes everything 3D I challenge anyone to drive in that, but where there's nobody around

I need that, thanks Gillena :)

Well thank you mr. wonderful photographer :)

wow quel beau compliment Richard, bah tu aurais pu facilement, sauf que la neige et pluie et verglas ne sont pas presents chez toi ;)
