to me, it seems a more "mental" journey! :)

This somehow remind me of a defnition for Committee --"A committee is a group of people who individually can do nothing, but who, as a group, can meet and decide that nothing can be done." i think its Bernard Shaw who said that...

What is happening to this world, Lorraine....Mothers, daughters, wives, rebels, and men of significance.....GOD knows!!

anyway, nice photo...and best wishes for the sentimental journey....

i thought i was the most mental of all...now I know, i'm not alone :)

sorry for all the ranting, Lorriane..you expect me to that today, don't you?? :)

love,
dev

Beautiful red roses. They look nice against the white background.

I love it!! I love the title! A whole story could be written off of the pic and the title! Love, Cindy

It could have been a "Scent"-imental Journey, huh? lol The picture reminded me of the roses that grew near the window where my mom sat in our old farm house. That is indeed a sentimental journey.

Is that a bug crawling up the wall in the lower left?
I love roses but the scent sends me into allergic reactions.

What a lovely blood red rose. I will be off on my own sentimental journey tomorrow, wish me luck resurrecting the good things and putting to rest the not so good. HUGS

Wow.. the title was just so apt! Indeed, a remarkable journey, from an unflattering bud to a flourishing, fully bloomed blood red rose!

Doris _Day_ sings "Sentimental Journey", Joan Baez and her partner sing "Bread and Roses" for all those women who want more than a chance to survive and _go on_ fighting everyday. So - nothing deep in that, just a musical flashback ...

Best wishes
Ralf

Musical flashbacks are treasures of memories, I always enjoy your comments Ralf :)
