the sun got nothing to say...
wind sweeps and then goes to snow-bed
singing in it's voice of hope
"there's always a day after tomorrow,
for the ones who don't believe in today"

That's the story i got from the picture...did you hear something different? :)

anyway....very evocative picture, Lorraine...i can imagine the day from this one shot! :)

love,

okay...i think the post itself was a bit screechy; which made me scratch the story out....all of a sudden my quiet world sounds all screechy!...guess what a post can do? :)

anyway, its good to have some signs of life conveyed to blogs too :)

I love listening to a good storm if I am safe and warm inside!

It is still blowing here, Lorraine. We didn't get as much snow as predicted, though.

The wind has been topping trees and making sleep impossible for human creatures.

wow I have literary powers over you Dev, ahhh the responsibility!;)

Kathy, that indeed is KEY ;)

Oh it is Dominique, stay warm :)

I know Sandy it's so weird we hardly have snow???

That's about Richt Michael, maybe I'm not human 'cause it lulls me to sleep ;)

We've had so much wind the past week - howling around the corners but actually kinda soothing...
