I didn't plan my life
Never aimed for smooth water
Everything I am was full of passion
Now I aim for still waters, and miss

What a beautiful photo. Such gorgeous colors. No matter what happens in life-Life is good. A learning experience.

That's hind sight at its best! If I knew then what I know now. But I am peaceful most of the time and grateful all the time!

Such a serene photo, Lorraine. It's interesting how our desires change and how they sometimes go against the core of who we are.

I keep thinking that I want still waters, too, but I don't know if I'd know how to just wade around in them. I'm used to swimming upstream!!! ha. ;) Never a dull moment, though. I love this one...and I can really identify with it.

That's true Comrade, sometimes I go out only to have something to write about :)

Anne I like your outlook, may you always have it :)

Kathy, show me how to be like that :)

I think I must have learned it from my mother who could always take lemons and make lemonade! She would wake up from major surgery with a smile on her face. She was a remarkable woman.

All one can do is go with one's OWN flow, easier said than done.

Out of your current swarm of feelings, you create art.

Sounds like you take after her Kathy ;)

Smart Arlene, have to agree with that!
