yes, either way - curiosity or moody; i go to sleep...or change my mood with reading/music/talking -- can't take it all in darkness :)

btw, is that what you meant? would like to have your version :)

Nice, photo....photography is badly getting to me....at every place i find myself, framing a shot....wish you were near, so i could learn :)

love,
dev

Interesting, Lorraine. I always think the dark and shadows are full of blues and purples...and blue moods seem to live in them.

Messed up, trying again!

It was dark when I woke up this morning (to such a lovely surprise) but no blues, only smiles!

Still smiling :)
Thank you, my friend!

Wishing you a wonderful day!

I love all that darkness with the bright white within.

Very nice post. Monochrome in my opinion can convey atmosphere better than colour...

darkness is colourless
like muffled sound,
padded feet, fallen leaves,
mud and chalk.

blue is the sky colour
when darkness goes,
sound returns and water becomes
crunchy snow. then we'll walk.

ohnice Sera, that kind of darkness isnever pretty...
